Food Service Meal Program

We are excited to present our new room service meal delivery program for patients and guests. You are invited to a very unique dining experience designed with you in mind and modeled after hotel room service.

Every patient can review the menu available at their bedside table and make personal food selections. Next, they can call guest services at ext. 5555 between 6:30 a.m. and 8 p.m. for the regular menu, or 8 p.m. until 6:30 a.m. for the night owl express menu. The patient’s personalized meal will arrive within 30 minutes after an order is placed. If you need assistance placing your order, your nurse or our dietary associates will help you.

For patients on modified or restricted diets, our guest services associates help with food selections. There are even symbols on the menu, such as a heart for the cardiac diet, and a saltshaker for reduced sodium foods. Patients can also order beverages and crackers from the floor pantries through their nurse.

Taking meal delivery a step further, patients’ guests may order food from the Guest Menu also located at the bedside table. A dietary delivery associate will take payment for their meal in the form of cash or check. Guests can also visit our “Culinary Café” between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m. daily. Our vending machines offer another snack option and are located in the lobby near the café entrance and birthing center lobby.

We appreciate the opportunity to serve your food when you want it by utilizing the very effective customer service model of room service meal delivery.

We’re committed to serving patient meals when they want it. Now that's service! Bon Appetit!
